Home Health

Simply put home health care is home based health care services. This means a wide range of health and health-related services provided to you in the comfort and relaxed environment of your own home.

Hospice Care

No one wants to live in a hospital, or spend the last months of life away from home. Each day home is an opportunity to spend time with family or friends, enjoy a favorite hobby and more.

Palliative Care

The ProHealth Palliative Care Program provides continuity of care through a transition from the last phases of treatment for terminal illness through Home Health to the palliative focus of Hospice.

Home Care

Home care is non-medical caregiving and assistance provided in the client’s home. Care may include assistance with bathing, transferring, and meal preparation; companionship; and more from a few hours a day to 24-hours a day.

Hospice programs help patients live as fully as possible for as long as possible. These programs provide relief from symptoms such as pain, shortness of breath and confusion so that patients can spend more time with their loved ones. Hospice services also include emotional and spiritual support to help patients and families prepare for death.

Homecare

Homecare programs help patients live as safely and independently as possible at home for as long as possible. These programs provide skilled services—such as nursing care, physical/occupational/speech therapy, and help managing symptoms like pain, shortness of breath, weakness, and confusion so patients can recover, stabilize, and spend more time with their loved ones in the comfort of home.
